WinKawaks
WinKawaks is an arcade emulator written originally by Mr K (since version 1.47, it's maintained by Razoola) for Microsoft Windows that works well in low-end computers and supports Kaillera, enabling users to play over the internet.
The emulator supports NeoGeo, Capcom CPS1 and Capcom CPS2 games.
It also has several features, including video blitters (Normal, Alternate scanlines, Software zoom 2x, Kreed, Monitor dot matrix and KScale).
