MAME Shrink
It's an application to filter games from MAME ROM sets.
It was written by Motoschifo in C# 2010 and uses the Microsoft .Net 4.0 framework.
It is only available in Italian and was last updated in June, 2015, when version 2.10 was released.
The author affirmed in a forum post that possibly near the end of 2017 a similar function will be available in Arcade Database Tools, another utility by the same author.
